30-day returns

You can return unused Dr.Craft tools in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

How to start a return

Message us on WhatsApp at +1 626-879-7272 or email sales@usaaron.com with your order number. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without a return request cannot be accepted.

Return shipping

If the tool arrived damaged, defective or wrong, we pay for return shipping. For other returns, return shipping is paid by the customer and original shipping charges are not refunded.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo so we can replace it or refund you.

Warranty

Every Dr.Craft tool carries a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, modification, or blades and bits that are dull or broken from use. To make a claim, send a photo and your order number on WhatsApp.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you and refund the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to post it.

Exchanges

To exchange a tool, return the original for a refund and place a new order.
